Refund Policy
Return and refund rules for Feng Shui Five Elements Energy orders.

14-Day Return Window
Return requests should be made within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and order information.
Contact support before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Costs
Customs duties, import taxes, carrier brokerage fees, and other third-party destination charges are not refundable once charged. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Personalized BaZi reports, custom services, and digital content are generally not refundable once work has started or the report has been delivered.
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support as soon as possible with the order number, photos of the package, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue.
After review, we may offer replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and available inventory.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and card-issuing bank.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, outside the return window, or not connected to a verified order.
