Shipping Origin
Physical products ship internationally from China. We do not present orders as domestic US warehouse fulfillment or overseas warehouse fulfillment unless a real overseas warehouse is added later.
Delivery time can vary by destination country, customs clearance, carrier handoff, local postal service, weather, holidays, and address accuracy.
Estimated Delivery
Typical estimated delivery is 5-12 days after dispatch for many international destinations. Remote areas, customs inspection, peak seasons, or carrier delays may take longer.
Estimated delivery time is not a guaranteed delivery date. Customers should enter the recipient address carefully to reduce delivery problems.
Tracking
After fulfillment, staff enter the carrier and tracking number in the backend/admin workflow. Customers can use the Track Order page to follow parcel updates once the logistics provider is connected.
Tracking may take time to update after the package is handed to the carrier. Early scans may show export processing before destination-country updates appear.
Customs, Duties, And Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or carrier collection fees. These charges are set by destination authorities or carriers and are the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise during checkout.
Duties, taxes, and third-party carrier fees are not refundable by us once charged.
Lost Or Returned Packages
If tracking shows a delivery issue, contact support with the order email and tracking number. We will review the available carrier records and advise next steps.
Packages returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, unpaid import charges, or failure to collect may require additional shipping payment before reshipment.
